Client Engagement is responsible for designing and delivering projects that bring Evidation’s unique strategic value to our customers. As an early member of our Client Engagement team, you will learn how to build and scale a high-performing customer success function, and will get deep exposure to the application of novel technologies in healthcare. You will also have the opportunity for significant growth as we scale.


  • Ensure flawless execution of the design phase of our projects
  • Facilitate client and internal teams to design the project, creating the blueprint for the remainder of project execution
  • Collaborate with the Sales team during the proposal and contracting phases of the project lifecycle to ensure the client’s business need is represented in project delivery
  • Meet regularly with client and internal stakeholders to:
    • Develop the design of our projects
    • Escalate issues arising from the project teams
    • Discuss opportunities to internally and externally promote the value the client is receiving from the Evidation partnership
  • Build the processes and systems to help Client Engagement become a high-performing function


Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS
  • 2+ years of experience with client services, management consulting, or project management experience in healthcare
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated and action-oriented
  • Team player committed to removing barriers to drive progress and results
  • Creative problem solver, independent thinker
  • Able to quickly build trust and rapport with technical experts
  • Adept at (and thrives off of) flexing between strategic project design and tactical day to day project management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with pharmaceutical, digital health, or payer markets
  • Familiarity with data science, software engineering/product
  • Start-up experience
