Evidation Health is a new kind of health and measurement company that provides the technology and guidance to understand how everyday behavior and health interact. The volumes of behavior data generated from wearables and smartphones has opened up new ways to analyze individuals’ behavior and health in real time. With a virtual pool of 2 million research participants, Evidation Health undertakes research for innovative biopharma and health care companies to transform how diseases are identified, treated, and monitored.

Evidation is looking for a high energy, innovative sales operations professional skilled in business process analysis, administration / configuration, sales analytics and sales enablement.  This person will report directly to the VP, Global Head of Sales.


  • Analysis and redesign of commercial processes to maximize efficiencies, business insights and outcome predictability
  • Administration and configuration of to enable commercial processes and provide insight into commercial key performance metrics
  • Build, deliver and maintain a sales enablement program, ie. lead training engagements, monitor progress, and provide guidance to optimize learning effectiveness
  • Exemplify the Evidation culture and values


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of operational experience in a fast paced, innovative environment
  • In-depth understanding functionality across sales services and marketing
  • Extensive lightening configuration skills
  • Experience analyzing sales data
  • Ability to breakdown complex topics into easy to understand learning components
  • Solid project management skills with a history of successful project delivery
  • Creative, logical, organized, detail oriented, with strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • certified
  • Highly proficient in all things Google
  • Experience with SaaS based analytical tools and/or reports & analytics
  • Experience with lightweight SaaS based learning management systems
  • Self starter experienced in working with a remote sales team
