The Client Engagement Manager at Evidation Health is responsible for ensuring that Evidation delivers on its strategic value throughout the post-sales phases of the project lifecycle and serves as the project lead for every contracted engagement in his/her assigned accounts.  The Client Engagement Manager will work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders at Evidation to make certain that the offerings and deliverables the client has purchased from Evidation stay aligned with their business needs.


  • Is accountable for the delivery of value to the business and executive client stakeholders on the projects that he/she leads throughout the design, execution, and closeout phases of the engagement
  • Assists the Sales team during the proposal and contracting phases of the project lifecycle
  • Acts as a facilitator to coordinate client and internal teams to design the project, creating the blueprint for the remainder of project execution
  • Works in partnership with a Project Operations Manager to ensure excellent project execution
  • Meets with the business and executive stakeholders on his/her assigned accounts on a regular basis to:
    • Review project status and overall satisfaction
    • Escalate issues arising from the project teams
    • Discuss opportunities to internally and externally promote the value the client is receiving from the Evidation partnership
  • Identifies new sales opportunities within assigned clients that the Sales team can bring to close
  • Maintains and updates relevant internal process and external client-facing documentation on his/her accounts
  • Up to 25% travel may be required


Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS
  • 5+ years of account management, client engagement, or management consulting experience in healthcare
  • Demonstrated experience in building C-Suite relationships and engaging executives in project planning and delivery activities
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and action-oriented
  • Strong team player with proven ability to lead through influence
  • Creative problem solver

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced clinical degree
  • Experience with pharmaceutical, digital health, or payer markets
  • Start-up experience
