Client Engagement Director

The Client Engagement Director at Evidation Health is responsible for owning business and executive relationships, building trust and confidence through a consultative account management approach, and ensuring that Evidation delivers on its strategic value throughout the post-sales phases of the client lifecycle.  Reporting to the Vice President of Partner Success, the Client Engagement Director will be a member of the Commercial team and will work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders at Evidation to ensure that the offerings and deliverables the client has purchased from Evidation stay aligned with their strategic goals.


  • Is accountable for demonstrating the strategic value of the Evidation partnership to the business and executive stakeholders of his/her assigned clients (quantifying clinical and financial benefits whenever possible)
  • Assists the Sales team during the proposal and contracting phases of the client lifecycle to enable a smooth transition of the executive relationships in the account
  • Works in partnership with the Client Operations Manager to ensure a productive study design process and excellent project execution
  • Meets with the business and executive leaders of his/her assigned clients on a regular basis to:
    • Review project status and overall satisfaction
    • Escalate issues arising from the project teams
    • Exchange updates on company strategy
    • Identify additional decision-makers and influencers in the organization to foster relationships with
    • Discuss opportunities to internally and externally promote the value the client is receiving from the Evidation partnership
    • Identifies new sales opportunities within assigned clients and partners with the Sales team to bring these to close

  • Maintains relevant internal process and external client-facing documentation on his/her accounts and regularly updates the CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Up to 25% travel may be required 


  • BA/BS
  • 10+ years of account management, client engagement, or management consulting experience in healthcare
  • Demonstrated experience in building C-Suite relationships, presenting to the C-Suite, and engaging executives in strategic discussions and planning activities
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and action-oriented
  • Strong team player with proven ability to lead through influence
  • Creative problem solver

  • Advanced clinical or business degree
  • Experience with pharmaceutical, digital health, or payer markets
  • Relevant network within pharmaceutical, digital health, or payer companies
