We’re seeking an excellent team member to own and drive study recruitment. As the Digital Marketing and Growth Lead on the Enterprise Product team, you will not only recruit diverse populations for research, but empower them to help move science forward. You will create the strategy for, and execute against, integrated marketing campaigns that achieve fully enrolled research studies in digital health. As the Digital Marketing and Growth Lead, you will master the messages and strategies that match specific study population needs, and own all channels for recruiting - online, offline, and site-based. You will join forces with a cross-functional team to build a robust engine for clinical studies, and develop valuable partnerships that will launch Evidation through our next stage of growth.


  • Own study recruitment and shape the marketing strategy for research studies
  • Collaborate with Product, Project Operations, Research, and Sales teams to understand recruitment needs and serve as the internal expert on study participant recruiting
  • Manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns from start to finish, including:
    • Identifying target populations and researching the patient journey
    • Developing marketing plans and key messaging
    • Building predictive cost estimates for potential and upcoming projects
    • Creating light ad creative mockups for hand-off to designer
    • Testing and optimization of creative and landing page
    • Owning decisions on the ideal marketing mix
    • Analyzing and reporting campaign results to internal team
    • Cultivating relationships with external vendors who recruit on Evidation’s behalf
  • Strengthen recruitment strategy by leveraging health tech developments and digital advertising trends
  • Influence future study design based on past study recruiting experiences


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years work experience in digital marketing, digital health, or other applicable field
  • Proficiency with and understanding of online marketing channels, especially Facebook ads
  • Excellent project management capabilities and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking ability
  • Proficiency with making data tell a story
  • Experience and a hunger to proactively solve ambiguous problems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with one or more of: Google Analytics, SQL, A/B testing, design programs, or healthcare/clinical studies
