Evidation Health is a new kind of health and measurement company that provides the technology and guidance to understand how everyday behavior and health interact. The volumes of behavior data generated from wearables and smartphones has opened up new ways to analyze individuals’ behavior and health in real time. With a virtual pool of 2 million research participants, Evidation Health undertakes research for innovative biopharma and health care companies to transform how diseases are identified, treated, and monitored.

Evidation is looking for a Commercial Analyst to support the Commercial team by providing analysis and content for marketing and sales enablement. The Commercial Analyst will also support sales strategy to further Evidation's market leadership position.


  • Sales support
    • Gather, analyze, and synthesize market data to inform account strategy pre- and post-sale
    • Maintain key databases on potential customers, products, and therapeutic areas
    • Work with sales team members on sales process execution, including development of compelling presentations and proposals, directly matched to the specific opportunity
    • Develop an understanding of Evidation’s product offering and coordinate with members of broader Evidation team to generate business solutions for clients
    • Create and maintain pricing models, ensuring the sales team is equipped to deliver for the customer and meet business gross margin needs
  • Marketing
    • Lead all outbound (email, social, etc.) marketing efforts and campaigns that face our customers, prospects, and the market broadly
    • Own the Evidation website and contribute to regular visual refreshes and improvements
    • Coordinate with Evidation’s PR firm to execute on the strategic communications program, including earned media and events
    • Support, maintain, and continuously improve key customer-facing materials, including sales decks, executive summaries (e.g., 1-2 pagers), case studies/experience/qualifications, FAQs, demos (and scripts)
    • Contribute to the clarity and consistency of Evidation’s core messaging and product positioning
  • Sales strategy
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive view of competition, including products, value proposition, messaging, and pricing
    • Perform market segmentation and assist in the development of go-to-market strategies
    • Identify potential partners and develop business cases for partnerships (e.g., channel partners, capability extensions, marketing and thought leadership, etc.)
    • Support the development of strategy memos and business cases for strategic commercial initiatives


Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS
  • 2+ years of work experience in healthcare, life sciences, or technology setting
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and action-oriented
  • Strong written communication skills (applicants will be required to submit a writing sample)
  • Desire and ability to work on problems that require creativity
  • Ability to keep multiple projects moving forward simultaneously
  • Looking to constantly improve and operate with a growth mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in biopharma, health tech, or medical device industry
  • Management consulting or investment banking experience
  • High degree of comfort in all forms of collaboration software, from spreadsheets to CRM
