Client Operations Manager

Evidation Health’s Manager of Client Operations will be charged with ownership of operational excellence and success of implementing Evidation’s virtual health studies. Reporting to the Director of Client Operations, this role requires a broad range of skills, including, but not limited to, relationship management, cross-functional communications, resource analysis, problem solving, project scoping, and project management. Ability and willingness to multitask is a must. Looking for individuals who thrive when planning projects and working with project teams.

What you'll do

  • Work in partnership with the Client Engagement Director to guide internal and external stakeholders towards the successful design and execution of virtual health studies
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans to track progress, coordinate cross-functional team collaboration, manage timelines, and anticipate launch blocking issues
  • Demonstrate value to the client while supporting Evidation’s strategic priorities. This includes being the main point of contact for the client as projects transition from design to implementation and serving as the conduit between the internal team and the client by communicating project status updates and aligning expectations.
  • Follow-up on and document all client issues, inquiries, requests, and related decisions. Escalate product/service and business relationship issues as needed, driving them to resolution by leveraging appropriate internal resources.
  • Use appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to create, maintain, and measure project performance
  • Oversee project risk management
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

 What you bring

  • Knowledge of and experience with the healthcare sector and technology deployments
  • Demonstrated exceptional project management expertise and problem solving skills
  • Excellent partner-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must be self-motivated, fast-paced, team-oriented, extremely organized including attention to detail and multitasking
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and eager to partner both internally and externally to build creative solutions
